Atrium’s story is one of growth fueled by relationships.

Adam Wonus and Michael Krause purchased Atrium Management Company in October 2014.

The portfolio totaled just 220 doors near Orlando, FL. They saw the potential for growth and community impact and acted on their intuition.

From day one, Atrium has focused on delivering personal, high-touch property management. Our growth has been strategic, intentional, and always underscored by our core values and deep relationships.

From 220 Doors to an Integrated Real Estate Platform

Through a mix of smart acquisitions, careful market selection, and an unwavering commitment to clients and residents, Atrium has grown to manage more than 5,300 doors and expanded into development and commercial real estate services. Along the way, we’ve launched Atrium Development Group (2023) and Atrium Commercial Real Estate (2024) to offer a fully integrated platform for property owners, investors, and developers.

We’ve earned national recognition as an Inc. 5000 honoree and multiple, consectuive “Best Place to Work” honors from the Orlando Business Journal.
