Milk Stacks is a 27-unit boutique apartment building bringing distinctive design and new residential energy to the heart of Orlando’s Milk District. The project features a mix of five one-bedroom apartments, twenty two-bedroom apartments, and two live-work units along Bumby Avenue—providing flexible retail opportunities that complement the neighborhood’s walkable, eclectic charm.

True to its name, the building’s defining features include custom “milk silos” and a signature milk-faucet art installation that pay homage to the district’s dairy heritage while creating an instantly recognizable landmark for this growing community.
