Hoods Up is an adaptive reuse project that will breathe new life into a long-vacant auto repair shop that’s been part of The Milk District’s streetscape for more than three decades. Known locally for its quirky signage and cultural nostalgia, the site will be transformed into a vibrant restaurant concept that celebrates the neighborhood’s creative energy.

This redevelopment will anchor a key corner of The Milk District and further enhance its reputation as one of Orlando’s most authentic, community-driven districts.
