Originally envisioned as a boutique lakefront hotel in Winter Park, The Henderson Hotel project has since been discontinued. The concept served as an exploration of luxury hospitality design and community engagement, reflecting Atrium’s ongoing interest in high-quality, context-sensitive development opportunities.

The Victorian-styled, boutique hotel would feature 118 rooms and be located on a 2.5-acre lakefront site in Winter Park. The project was named after the Henderson family, who owned and operated a property known as the Lake Shore Motel adjacent to the proposed site.
